Contacting Tutor your own child

The best method of contacting us is online. We have been a phone based offline service for many parents already, and increased demand has forced us to change our practices.

We have developed a 3 step process for contacting us. We hope this will improve our service EVEN MORE!!

Step One: Send us an email, detailing your questions, concerns or enquiries and 3 time and dates that are good for us to contact you via Email , MSN Messenger, ICQ or Skype.

Step Two: We send you an email (usually within 24 hours) with a time and date we can commit to, and the link YOU will need to follow for Paypal payment.

Step Three: We receive notification that your appointment is paid for from Paypal, and an email is sent to you to confirm that you are booked in and will receive contact from us at the agreed time and date.
